Richard P. Startek, B.A., LL.B.
Richard obtained a major in Economics at the University of Waterloo, and his law degree from the University of Western Ontario. Richard Articled for the former Mr. Justice C. Speyer and Mr. Justice C. Osborne in 1971, and was called to the bar in 1973.
Stephen W. Peglar, Hons. B.Sc., LL.B.
Stephen obtained his law degree from Queens University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1978. He was a sole proprietor until 2000 when the firm Startek, Peglar & Calcagni was established.
Frank A. Calcagni, LL.B.
Frank obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995. He joined as an associate to Richard P. Startek in 1995.
Richard G. Startek, B.A., J.D.
Richard obtained a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Sociology and Political Science at the University of Ottawa in 1996, and obtained his Law Degree from Florida Costal School of Law in 1999. After working in Florida in the area of Employment Law, Richard returned to Ontario and was called to the bar in 2004.
Ryan Sullivan, B.A., LL.B
Ryan is a lifelong Hamiltonian having grown up in Stoney Creek, attended Cardinal Newman High School and McMaster University for his undergrad. He received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in History and proceeded to a Graduate-Entry Bachelors of Law (LL.B.) accelerated program at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
Emily practices in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, accident benefits, long- and short-term disability disputes, and estates litigation. She regularly represents clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as at hearings, tribunals and private mediations.
